When we have intense emotions, we often cut them off because we don't want to feel them or there are (internalized) social judgements that cause us to cut off the emotional process. When that happens, the emotion gets stored in our subconscious mind and body to be processed later. The thing is, a lot of these emotions don't get processed later so we start walking around with a lot of emotional baggage. These trapped emotions then, when we are in a similar situation, start being triggered - start resonating - when you feel an emotion of a similar vibration. This makes it so that we start reacting overly emotional and "irrationally" to certain events. Like being nervous for job interviews, being self-conscious while dancing, giving presentations, about your appearance, not being able to give yourself in a relationship because you fear losing it like before and so on. As you can maybe already sense, this causes self-sabotage. A part of you is still stuck in the past and is influencing your actions beyond your conscious control, fearful of repeating the past but thereby often recreating it.
I can help you release and transmute these trapped emotions (from a distance) via what I call the Emotion Code +. I use pendulum to trace the trapped emotions and release them with a magnet with myself as the surrogate (so I can do it from a distance) just like in the Emotion Code but I also help with transmuting them (the +) back into love and light so that you won't feel the trapped emotion and you won't have any negative repercussions. In this way we can solve trauma, insecurity, bodily ailments (which are often just negative emotions trapped in the body because they couldn't go anywhere else), relationship problems and more. E-motions are Energy in motion. When this Energy cannot move through you, it starts festering. Getting rid of these blockages also opens you up to possibilities you hadn't imagined reachable before. Because many of us get used to these blockages, and insecurities, we limit our horizons. Getting rid of them enables you to step back into your authentic purpose and an expanded, joyous life again.
